We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded ‘Exceptional’ status at the recent Estate Agency Masters ‘Best Estate Agent Guide’ award ceremony. An honour bestowed on just 5% of the entire nations Estate Agents and the highest possible accolade an agent can achieve.
Over 15,000 Estate Agencies are included in the assessment which is conducted by the Property Academy and the leading property website, Rightmove.co.uk
Each office is scored against a unique set of criteria using a combination of data analysis and mystery shopping from which the best agencies in the country are identified. The ‘Best Estate Agent Guide’ awards are awarded for marketing, business results and customer service.
Peter Knight, the Academy founder, comments…” We set out to provide the home mover with a reliable and independent resource to help identify the best Estate Agent in an area. Only the very best agents make it to the guide and the exceptional recognised with an award. For Sparks Ellison to be awarded our highest accolade, and be recognised in the top 5% in the country, is truly amazing”
Adam & Mark, Co-Founders and Directors, comment….” Our team at Sparks Ellison have been genuinely incredible and we wanted to acknowledge the efforts they have put in. They are by no means immune to the worries of the times in which we live but their resilience and positivity is an amazing thing for us to see. We don’t think it is an exaggeration to say that they are drawing strength from the simple act of being able to look after other people and fulfil their dreams of moving. That Sparks Ellison has been awarded such a high accolade, and still be hitting such high standards, is a tribute and reward for over 17 years hard work and dedication to be the best we can be.
We would also like to offer our heartfelt thanks to our amazing and loyal customers, so many of whom we see return and recommend us. Without you, there is no us and no awards or recognition to be proud of. So, Thank You so much from the team at Sparks Ellison.”
