Yes I am delighted at the news this week of the contract exchange and completion date set of the 9th May. The process was slightly delayed but through no fault of yourselves or the chain. I have to say you were true to your word in relation to the service Sparks Ellison offered and the communication. It felt we were all in touch, knew what was going on all the time which really helped the process. A big ‘thank you’ to you and your team (specifically Nicola who was great).
I am aware the sale is not complete so don’t want to wax lyrical too much just in case I push my luck!!
