Seeing your email reminded me that I've been meaning to contact you to say a huge thank you for getting our purchase through so quickly. We were really impressed by the service and help that Nicola Waddilove provided and also very grateful. As much as I didn't think house moving could be that stressful, the process proved me wrong. However Nicola really did help smooth the way for a very quick move. She was professional, efficient, understanding and kept us informed every step of the way - just what we needed with such short timescales to complete the move. So a huge thanks to Nicola. Also - it’s just a small thing, but the day after we moved I was standing amongst the boxes - wondering what to do next and where to start - when there was a knock at the door by one of your staff carrying the most gorgeous bouquet of flowers. The flowers sat in my kitchen looking beautiful until the weekend. I really appreciated this unexpected and lovely gift. So once again, thank you.
Just a note to thank you for the work you and your team have done in selling No.2 Crummock Road. I am grateful that you enabled the process to be as stress free as possible with, ultimately, a positive outcome. Yes I am delighted at the news this week of the contract exchange and completion date set of the 9th May. The process was slightly delayed but through no fault of yourselves or the chain. I have to say you were true to your word in relation to the service Sparks Ellison offered and the communication. It felt we were all in touch, knew what was going on all the time which really helped the process. A big ‘thank you’ to you and your team (specifically Nicola who was great).
I am aware the sale is not complete so don’t want to wax lyrical too much just in case I push my luck!!
