Local Artists Work

We are thrilled to bits with the fantastic new artwork that adorns the walls in our office. These amazing bespoke paintings are by a very talented local artist called Rebecca Porter. Here is some information about her…..

“I am an artist living and working in Hampshire. I studied art in Shrewsbury and Cardiff and have taught art to children and adults for over twenty years.  Currently I work as a freelance artist in Southampton City Art Gallery, which allows me to follow my passion for painting.

Previous exhibitions include Southampton City Art Gallery (freelancer’s show), The Courthouse art centre in Eastleigh, The YMCA in Winchester and my work is currently available in Bay Leaves Larder in Hiltingbury and Hiltingbury Picture Framing shop. I work mainly in acrylic on canvas, but like to explore the use of inks and love to add some sparkle with a touch of glitter, gold and bronze leaf. My aim is to produce beautiful, bespoke paintings to suit your home. I offer a range of styles to choose from as a starting point and will work closely with clients regarding style, scale and colour schemes.”
