The Next Generation: Henry Sparks Officially Joins Sparks Ellison

At Sparks Ellison, we have always been proud to be a truly local, family-run business, serving the Chandler’s Ford community for more than two decades. Today, we are delighted to announce an exciting new chapter as Henry Sparks officially joins the business full time.

For many of our clients and friends, Henry is a familiar face. Having lived in Chandler’s Ford his entire life, he possesses an in-depth knowledge of the local area, its schools, neighbourhoods and community spirit—something that has always been at the heart of our business.

Property has not been Henry’s only passion. Following his studies at college, he was awarded a prestigious golf scholarship to university in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. During his time there, he successfully graduated with a degree in Business Management, whilst competing at a high level in golf. Henry also has the unusual accolade of representing his county in two sports, namely golf and cricket.

Upon returning to the UK after graduating in 2022, Henry joined Alfred Homes in Winchester, a highly respected developer of luxury homes. There, he gained valuable experience across land acquisition, planning and the sale of premium new-build properties, providing him with a broad understanding of the property industry.

Earlier this year, Henry was due to embark on an exciting new opportunity with a real estate business in Dubai. However, in March 2026, just 48 hours before his scheduled flight, conflict broke out in Iran and across the Middle East, putting those plans on hold.

That same week, Henry joined Sparks Ellison on what was initially intended to be a temporary basis while the situation in Dubai became clearer. Yet after only a few weeks immersed in the fast-paced environment of our busy and successful agency, working alongside a fantastic team of people, it quickly became apparent that this was where he was meant to be.

Sometimes fate has a way of guiding us in unexpected directions.

Henry’s arrival also strengthens the family nature of the business, with his mother, Zoe, playing an important role within the company since opening in 2003 together with Adam a Co-Founder & Director. Together, the Sparks Ellison family and outstanding loyal team remain deeply committed to serving the community that has supported the business for so many years.

As we look ahead to the future, we are incredibly proud to welcome Henry officially to the team. His fresh perspective, local knowledge and industry experience make him a valuable addition to Sparks Ellison, and we are excited about what the future holds.
