Chandlers Ford Property Market Report – March Update
Spring has well and truly sprung in Chandlers Ford and you can feel it.
The brighter mornings, lighter evenings and a welcome stretch of good weather have made a noticeable difference to buyer activity. Gardens are starting to show their potential, homes feel lighter and more inviting, and buyers are clearly motivated to make a move. The seasonal uplift we always anticipate at this time of year has arrived with real momentum.

An Electric Start to March
March has kicked off at full throttle. In just the first five days of the month, we agreed 9 sales, a fantastic indicator of strong, committed buyers in the market.
Alongside this, we’ve already taken instructions on 23 new properties, all of which will be launching to the market shortly. This injection of fresh stock is crucial, particularly when viewing levels are currently high. Buyers are active, registered and ready but quality homes priced correctly are still the key to securing strong interest and competitive offers.

Viewing Levels Remain High
We’re seeing consistently strong viewing numbers across a range of property types. Well-presented homes, especially those in prime residential roads and close to local schools and amenities, are attracting swift and serious attention. The combination of seasonal confidence, improved weather and pent-up demand from the earlier weeks of the year is creating a vibrant marketplace.
